Description:

• We are needing a PT traveler need posted for OHMCH:
• Specialty/Unit: OHMCH Physical Therapist Department: OHMCH Home Health
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Requirements:

• Licensure and certifications – PT, BLS
• Education – PT
• Experience – Would prefer 1-2 years experience but New grad is okay.

Travel Compliance

• Completed Application
• Skilled checklist
• RTO at time of submission
• # of jobs in system we can sub – No cap
• Requires specific amount of exp. – 1-2 years
• Valid State License (required at time of submission) - Yes
• Mile Radius Rule Applies – No rule
• References Required
• Local Rules – Locals accepted at same rate
• Copy of Certifications
• Specific Charting Exp. Required – EPIC for RNs
• Return Staff Policy – Cannot take travelers who have worked there or at Twin Lakes as perm, in the past 10 years
