Description: 
Split position between Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic and GI Surgery - Will be working with a team of RNs/CMAs in the clinic setting. (CV) We see a variety of patients with heart and vascular issues, transplant patients, both lung and heart, very complex patient population. (GI)-pre and post bariatric/GI surgical patient population. Adults only

• No on call
• Clinician will float between CV Surgery Clinic and GI Surgery Clinic
• Does not require SC State license.
• Locals accepted on case by case basis( Local radius: 60 miles)
• Required Time Off must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Requirements:

• -BLS, & CMA
• -1yr exp required
• UNIT ACCEPTS 1ST TIME TRAVELERS
• Certified through the American Medical Technologist (AMT) or American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or National Health career Association (NHA) or MedCA as a Certified Clinical & Administrative Medical Assistant (MA1), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
• Epic experience
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions Only
• 2 Professional References

Preferred Experience: Adult Outpatient Clinic experience
